Please choose one of the two donation methods:

To donate by credit card:

1. Select the link https://usfweb2.usf.edu/foundation/asp/ssl/adfdn/fund_list.asp

2. If no 'fund' groups appear, select the button "Search by Keyword/Fund#", 
    otherwise proceed to step 4.

3. Type "421930" in the box and select "Search"

4. Click in the first box next to "421930  Florida Kinship Center", then click
    "Select Funds and Continue"

3. Select the "Continue" button

4. Complete information on-line as requested.  Once completed select "Continue".

5. Please bring your invitation to the Tail Gate event. 
     Your party and game tickets will be waiting for you at the Tail Gate Event on Nov. 20.    

 

To donate by check or money order:

1. All checks and money orders are to be made payable to:  The USF Foundation.

2. On the Memo line please write: "Florida Kinship Tail Gate Fund  #421930"

3. Click here to download our PDF form.  Please print and mail the completed form with your donation.

4. Please bring your invitation to the Tail Gate event. 
     Your party and game tickets will be waiting for you at the Tail Gate Event on Nov. 20.
